Napper Architects Ltd is committed to promoting fair employment policies, within the framework of local culture and laws and seeks to provide equal opportunities for all.  This applies to applicants for employment and in all phases of employment.  The aim of our policy is to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favorable treatment either directly or indirectly.

The company's policy observes the race relations act 1976, the Commission for Equal Opportunities Code of Practice and all other prevailing law (UK and European) relating to equal opportunities for people irrespective of their race, ethnic origin, colour, religion, gender, age, marital status and disability.

Recruitment of Napper Architects staff is managed via our websites and supplemented by specialist recruitment agencies and advertisements in trade, local and national press as appropriate.  We have direct contacts with both local universities (with both temporary teaching posts and voluntary work) and recruit from the annual degree shows.  We are registered with Entrust in the recruitment of both architectural and non architectural staff.  We match individuals by a combination of qualifications, experience and competency for the positions advertised.  Applications for potential employees amongst minority groups are welcomed and, as in the case of all staff, additional skills training (e.g. language skills) is provided if necessary to those subsequently recruited who may be marginally below the normal requirements for a job but otherwise show the required aptitude.    >back
