new health centre provided facilities for 8 doctors with associated nursing,
treatment rooms and pharmacy. A notable
feature was the incorporation of many works of art within the scheme.

Finchale
is a specialist college providing training and support to adults with physical
and mental health issues and special needs.
The proposed development of purpose built residential accommodation and
a rehabilitation centre adds to the facilities currently available and allows
the college to respond to the changing demands on its services.

| The Oriental Spa, Seaham Hall Hotel, County Durham |

Taking influences from the Far East, the
‘Oriental Spa’ was developed as a concept by forward thinking clients as the
first of its kind in the UK.
The building houses various pools,
treatment facilities, gardens and contemplation spaces, the design of both
external shell and interior fit-out combining ancient oriental thinking within
the confines of current regulations. The leisure, well-being and restaurant
facilities are allied to the award winning Seaham Hall Hotel, one of the
regions highest rated Hotel and Restaurants, linking via an underground walkway
though which both a stream of water, and residents flow.

| Ampleforth Surgery |
|
Ampleforth surgery is to relocate from their existing
premises to a purpose built surgery on the site directly bordering their
Northern boundary. The new building is
to house an expanded GP’s Surgery, Dental Surgery, and PCT facilities. Napper
were further commissioned by Ashley House to carry out the subsequent
conversion of the existing surgery into domestic dwellings. Planning for the £1.2m development was
submitted in March 2008 with construction due to start in August 2008.

| Woodford Surgery, Westfield Estate, Loftus |

The new surgery premises forms one part of the complete
redevelopment of the Westfield Estate by Coast and Country, with Ashley House
providing the primary care element within a centrally located site. The building
is accessed from all directions by radial pedestrian path ways, and via a new
estate road for both car and bus users. In addition to the medical provision,
the building also houses community facilities and satellite police station for
Cleveland Constabulary. Planning for the
£2.2m development was submitted in March 2008 with construction due to start in
September 2008.

| West Road Community Health & Learning Resource Centre, Newcastle |

Napper, working with Ashley House PLC and SQM Investments, have been
shortlisted for the proposed redevelopment of the West Road Fire Station site
in Newcastle upon Tyne. The scheme targets full social and ethnic integration
and provides community, health and learning resource facilities. A decision is
expected early in the new year.

The PCT development site is located centrally within the
proposed masterplan redevelopment forming Central Park. A Primary Care provider
has been identified by the Consortium team and are currently working with Napper
Architects to develop the site specific brief.
Planning for the £4.5m development is due to be submitted in 2008
