Qualified in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Combines the role of a Practicing Architect with the role of Managing Director of the Practice. An architect with specific skills in leisure, civic, education, transport, and housing based projects, he is a "creative" with the creative partnerships education programme.

Bruce Nichol B.A. (Hons). B.Arch (Hons). RIBA - Finance Director of Napper Architects

Qualified in Newcastle. Combines the role of Finance Director and Practicing Architect. An architect with specific interest in housing, and restoration and conversion of listed and historic buildings.

Eric Carter Dip. Arch. RIBA - Clients Design Advisor and Consultant.

Qualified in Newcastle. Clients Design Advisor for Sunderland BSF with specific skills in civic, education transport, leisure, historic and engineering based projects . Personally responsible for 16 award winning buildings including Sunderland Winter Garden

Howard Thompson B.A.(Hons) B.Arch RIBA. MaPS - Health and Safety Director of Napper Architects

Qualified in Newcastle. Architect and CDM-Coordinator.  Personally involved with projects that have won 15 awards. Wide based skills notably recently in the historic, leisure, civic, education and housing sectors.

John Curtis B.A.(Hons). B.Arch (Hons). M.Phil. LD. RIBA. MLI - Architectural Director of Napper Architects

Qualified at Newcastle University as both an Architect and Landscape Architect, He has broad based skills in civic, ecclesiastical, leisure and education work and has been project architect for the remodelling of The Theatre Royal Newcastle Upon Tyne, Raich Carter Sports Centre, Newcastle Crown Courts, and the White Water Canoe Slalom Building at the Tees Barrage.

Alan Rees  B.A. (Hons) DipArch RIBA - Associate of Napper Architects

Qualified in Sheffield. Whilst at Napper he has been the architect for £24 million new community fire stations and headquarters building for Tyne and Wear Fire Service. Alan also has experience in the education, leisure and commercial sectors including extensive experience in swimming pools and sporting facilities.

Dean Thody B.A. (Hons) DipArch RIBA - Associate of Napper Architects

Qualified in Oxford. Project Architect and lead consultant for the £220 million Darlington Central mixed use redevelopment. Project architect for new office fit outs for Procter & Gamble, Project Design Architect for Dalton Park factory retail outlet in County Durham and Project architect for the Alnwick Treehouse.

Mark Bowman  B.A. (Hons) B.Arch (Hons). RIBA - Associate of Napper Architects

Qualified in Newcastle. Architect for the £40 million Hanover Mill and Forth Banks mixed use schemes. He has experience in commercial, retail, health and all scales of residential developments. He was the project architect for 'Centralofts' into which Napper Architects relocated in December 2005.

Tim Rainford  B.A. (Hons) DipArch RIBA - Associate of Napper Architects

Qualified in Sheffield. He is a Project architect with specific experience in education, commercial, retail, residential and office interior design. He was Project Architect for the award winning Venerable Bede Secondary School in Sunderland, described by Ofsted as “an excellent learning environment”
